Spring Clean...

I spent my weekend trying to ready our office for online viewing. The office has been a bone of contention here at the Blue house as I spend LOTS of time in it, and it has been, well, lets say helter-skelter for the past two years. Yes, two years. (Insert wife screaming. AHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRGGGGGG!) Below is a massive magazine pile from past subscriptions of every form- garden, home, kids, diy, fashion- anything and everything that tickled my fancy enough to want to keep it on permanent file (permanent floor file until Saturday) that I mercilessly ripped from their bindings to cut down on well, you know, clutter. (Only Martha gets the privledge of staying intact.) Now the page-torn tower is neatly organized into 3 binders that will have a final resting place befor the end of the week....(Right Jamie?...love you.... ) One binder is all garden inspiration- specific flowers, layouts, dreamy landscapes, pots, furniture and the like. The second binder is all about the home and filled with dream kitchens, beautiful baths, tiles, paint combinations, floors, rugs, sofas, curtains and a certain light fixure that is destined to be mine. The last binder is all about the big dream that is a little store that is never far out of mind, but always seems to be just out of my reach....Working on it. Working on it. Working and dreaming...working and cleaning....
