Iris is 4 months. She has taken to eating her fists, fingers, toes...whatever she can cram into her little mouth.
She babbles constantly. "Bah bah bah...drrrr...drrrr....drrr...can't you make those two brothers be quiet?...tah...tah...tah...." (She really didn't say that middle bit, but I think she has that thought quite often. I know I do.) She knows she will have to start talking soon to keep up with Motormouth and Sir Speaks A Lot.
When not jammed into her mouth, she still has her hands laced up in front of her. She has been doing little baby crunches- trying to pull herself up to sitting. She has adopted the same preferred sleeping position as Jamie and Avery. She has one stuffed animal she likes to have around her- and seems indifferent about all the others.
I do take little bites out of her daily- nothing that shows, just a nibble here and a nibble there, while she still has baby chub, and for now- can't tell me to stop.
