Wild For October

There are so many reasons why October is my favorite month of the whole entire year- lets just put this down as one more reason to look forward to it!


Where the Wild Things Are - the movie directed by Spike Jonze comes out on the 16th of October-weeee!
Max sailing away in his boat has been my computer wallpaper since- well since we've had a computer.

In my infinite love for children's literature, I hope that this little 200 word treasure translates to the silver screen. I adore Maurice Sendak- always wanted to be part of the movie/soundtrack Really Rosie & the Nutshell Kids- Carole King anyone? ( I can still sing all the words to One Was Johnny & Pierre.) (Is that something to brag about?)

I'll be watching for you my friends- and waiting for October-and keeping your dinner hot.
