Flouncy Frocks

I was excited to see Target's Go International spring collection was going to be a 5th anniversary revisit to some of the designers that have shared their talents with my favorite go-in-for-toilet-paper-come-out-one-hundred-bucks-poorer-store. These are my favorites from the group. (But where, I must ask, is Liberty of London?) The first dress is from Tracy Feith. I almost bought this when it was out before...now I can't fit into it. I don't think it was meant to be cheri....
