Lovely Leonidas
A handful of autumnal bouquets that went out this week featuring Leonidas roses. (The king of the ill-fated Spartans, which in turn makes me think of Gerard Butler who is also quite nice to look at....) I don't use standard roses that often, but I love the color that these roses have. They aren't red, or orange, or brown, or rust, they are just a creamy dreamy mix of the four.

There is also yarrow, hypericum, pink pepperberry, celosia, ranunculus, and seeded eucalyptus embedded into the bouquets.

See how red the ranunculus looks next to the rose? But there is red in there- and pink, and yellow, and...well- creamy dreamy, no?
