Morning Happy Meal

I am one of those people who don't like cake. I just don't. (I love to make cake, but not eat it.) Cupcakes included. A muffin, however, is a completely different story. Warm homemade muffin + large cup of coffee= happy.

It doesn't take much. (Really.)


These are Oatmeal-Banana-Chocolate-Chip Muffins. A mouthful to say. Ezra has called them Dada muffins since, well, ever since I started making these. The name has stuck, and that is what all of us call them now. (Including Jamie. )

Dada Muffin anyone?
